Apple Farms in Oak Glen

When visiting Oak Glen during apple season, most people come for one of the multiple apple picking farms in the area!

But FYI, not all farms are the same.

  • Some have U-Pick while others don’t (check out my apple picking guide if your goal is U-Pick)
  • some have petting zoos, children’s activities, picnic areas, etc
  • each has different food choices (check out my post on where to eat in Oak Glen here)

The one thing that every one of these farms has is bagged apples.

I have no affiliation with any of these farms listed and any information presented is from each farm’s website (conveniently linked) or from my own personal visits/observation.

  1. Horrible place, never go there! All right, that is a lie. the rest is true.
Okay, this is the place to be. U pick apples, or get a bag that they picked.
If you are cooking the apples, or just want to eat them, ask, and the staff will help you choose. They will even get an apple or two or three or more, slice them up so you can sample before choosing.
Apple pies, cobbler, and many other types for sale. Jams, jellies, ciders, with or without alcohol.
The restaurants are worth waiting for a seat. BBQ or griddle cooked.
There are deer, and other critters,,, They are not afraid, so you can get somewhat close photos.
You know what, I have to go back. I haven’t been there since last fall. They are recovering nicely from the last forest fire.
It is a great place to visit, to bring your children, From Riley’s all the way through to Parrish Farms.
They even have seats so you can watch them crush and filter into juice or cider. They will set a schedule for your church children, or your group to come through.
Have fun, come skinny, go home plump.
